Who publishes this notice
This website is operated by Edvero Partners. The firm works out of Lisbon, so the processing described here falls under the EU General Data Protection Regulation. Edvero Partners is the data controller for it.
You can write to us about anything on this page through the WhatsApp line or the email address published on the site. We answer through the same channel.
What we collect
When you message us on WhatsApp: your name or WhatsApp profile name, your phone number, and the content of your message. You start the conversation; we do not obtain your number from anywhere else.
When you email us: your address and what you write.
When you use the checklist form: your email address, and nothing else. The form asks for no other field.
As you browse: aggregate measurements such as which pages are viewed and whether the WhatsApp links are clicked. This is not per-person and does not identify you.
Why, and on what legal basis
We use your contact details and your message to assess your enquiry and reply to you. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
We use the address left in the checklist form only to send you the document you asked for. The legal basis is the consent you give by submitting the form (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you may withdraw at any time.
We use the visit measurements to understand which parts of the site are doing their job. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in knowing whether our own site works (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). It builds no profile of you.
We do not add your address to a mailing list, do not sell it, and do not send you marketing you did not ask for.
Who else sees it
The review is done by the founders; inside the firm, your message is seen only by the people handling your enquiry.
Service providers acting on our behalf: Vercel, which hosts the site and provides the visit measurement, and Resend, which delivers the checklist email. Both process the data only on our instructions and only for those purposes.
If you choose to write on WhatsApp, that conversation travels through WhatsApp's own infrastructure and is subject to WhatsApp's (Meta's) terms. That is a separate relationship outside our control; email is available if you would rather not use it.
We share your information with no one else. Disclosure happens only where we are legally required to make it, and only to the extent required.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept for at most twelve months, so that someone who writes again later does not have to explain their situation from the beginning. After that the record is deleted.
An address left for the checklist is kept for at most twelve months after the document is sent.
If you want it deleted sooner, write to us. We act on the request within thirty days.
Your rights
You have the right to access the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable form. Where processing rests on consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time, which does not affect processing carried out beforehand.
To exercise any of these, write to us through the contact channels on the site. Beyond confirming who you are, you do not need to give a reason.
If you are unhappy with how your data is handled, you have the right to complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados), or to the supervisory authority in your own country.
Cookies and measurement
This site sets no marketing cookies, which is why it shows no cookie banner. Visit measurement is done by a method that uses no cookies.
If you arrived through an advertisement or a link, the name of that source is held in your browser's session storage so that we can see where an enquiry came from when you later write to us. It is cleared when you close the tab and contains nothing that identifies you.
Changes to this notice
If we update this notice we change the date above. If we make a material change to what we do with your data, we tell you through the channel we are already using to talk to you, before it takes effect.
